RFQ checklist — what to include
The clearer the brief, the faster we can respond accurately. Include as much of the following as you have:
- Product type — e.g. earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, sets
- Design files — CAD, sketches, tech packs, or clear reference photos
- Materials — solid gold, gold filled, vermeil, plated, silver, stainless (and any preferences)
- Stones — type, size, quantity if known (or “open to recommendation”)
- Quantity — target order size (MOQ from 50 units)
- Finish & details — plating preference, clasp/findings notes, branding/stamp needs if any
- Engagement model — private label / OEM / custom / ODM
- NDA — note if you need an NDA before sharing full designs
- Timeline — your target launch or delivery window
- Shipping country / delivery destination — e.g. United States (city/state or port preference if known); required so logistics can be scoped without assuming transit times
- Company & contact — brand/company name, phone, email
You do not need every item to submit. Send what you have; we will ask for anything missing.
What happens after you submit
- We receive your RFQ and review the designs, materials, quantities, timeline, and shipping destination.
- We reply with questions if anything is unclear, or with feasibility notes and next steps toward CAD, sampling, and production.
- Once scope is aligned, we move into the standard path: CAD → sample → production.
We do not invent turnaround hours on the reply itself—response timing depends on the completeness of your brief and current queue. Typical manufacturing lead time after alignment is about 18 days CAD-to-delivery, subject to design and order specifics. International shipping to the US or other countries is confirmed separately once destination and method are agreed—we do not publish fixed transit SLAs here.
